Nassby-amsterdam is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

Privacy matters. Not only for you as a consumer, but also for us as a webshop. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with the utmost care. Nassby never makes your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

NASSBY processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Online store software

Shopify.com

Our website and webshop are developed with software from Shopify.com. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify.com has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Shopify.com is obliged to take appropriate security measures . A specially drawn up Processor Agreement between Shopify.com and NASSBY lays down how both parties deal with customer data together. This agreement can be viewed and requested at all times via NASSBY, see contact details at the bottom of this statement.

 

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp

We send our newsletters with MailChimp. Mailchimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that has been sent automatically, you will always see a link to unsubscribe from our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive our newsletter.

Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. Mailchimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.


How and by whom are payments processed

Payment Services

We use iDeal, among other things, to handle payments in our webshop. When registering payment details, we only note your payment method (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, Afterpay ). Of course, bank details are not stored by us and every payment option is secured.

 

After pay

We use Afterpay, among other things, to handle payments in our webshop. Afterpay processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account number. Afterpay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All the guarantees mentioned above with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the Afterpay service for which they engage third parties. Afterpay does not store your data longer than permitted by law.

 

Logistics

PostNL

If you place a physical order with us, it is our job to have your order delivered to you. 

We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement.

 

How long we keep personal data

We keep your data as long as you are a customer of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a request to be forgotten . Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. In addition, there is no longer access to your customer profile and documents that we have produced in response to your order.

 

Cookies we use

NASSBY uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website.

How we secure the personal data
